Letterhead Exchange with the Rotaract Club of Montebello, Mauritius

The Rotaract Club of University of Colombo, Faculty of Arts successfully conducted a Letterhead Exchange with the Rotaract Club of Montebello, Mauritius, bringing together two clubs from Districts 3220 and 9220 in a meaningful celebration of fellowship and international understanding.

Held virtually via Google Meet, the exchange provided both clubs with the opportunity to introduce their identities, share significant projects and upcoming initiatives, and learn more about each other’s Rotaract journeys. The programme also featured the presentation and reading of the official letterheads exchanged between the two clubs, symbolising the beginning of a new friendship and partnership.

Beyond the formal exchange, the meeting created space to discuss possibilities for future collaboration through joint projects, cultural exchanges and international service initiatives. The event concluded on a positive note, with both clubs looking forward to strengthening the connection established through this exchange.

More than simply an exchange of letters, the initiative marked the beginning of a promising relationship built on fellowship, shared values and the spirit of Rotaract across borders.
