We’ve been a little laid back getting this edition out, but that doesn’t mean RotaractArts has been. Take a look at what we’ve been up to in this months edition!
International Service Avenue | ජාත්යන්තර සේවා අංශය | சர்வதேச சேவை அவென்யூ
In the Month of December, the International Service Avenue had discussions regarding a three-day leadership program. The program will be a joint project conducted in collaboration with the Rotaract club of Matribhumi Baluwatar IOM (RID 3292) and the Rotaract club of MIT First Grade College (RID 3181). The project is scheduled for January 2023.
දෙසැම්බර් මාසයේදී ජාත්යන්තර සේවා මාවත තෙදින නායකත්ව වැඩසටහනක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කර ඇත. මෙම වැඩසටහන මාට්රිබූමි බලුවටාර් අයි.ඕ.එම් (Matribhumi Baluwatar IOM) හි රොටරැක් සමාජය RID 3292 සහ එම්.අයි.ටී (MIT) පළමු ශ්රේණියේ විද්යාලයේ රෝටරැක්ට් සමාජය RID 3181 සමඟ එක්ව පවත්වනු ලබන ඒකාබද්ධ ව්යාපෘතියක් වේ.ව්යාපෘතිය 2023 ජනවාරි මාසයේදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.
டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில், சர்வதேச சேவை அவென்யூ மூன்று நாள் தலைமைத்துவ திட்டம் குறித்து விவாதித்தது. மாத்ரிபூமி பாலுவத்தார் ஐஓஎம் (ஆர்ஐடி 3292) மற்றும் எம்ஐடி முதல் தரக் கல்லூரியின் ரோட்ராக்ட் கிளப் (ஆர்ஐடி 3181) ஆகியவற்றுடன் இணைந்து நடத்தப்படும் கூட்டுத் திட்டமாக இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி இருக்கும். திட்டம் ஜனவரி 2023 இல் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
Community Service Avenue | ප්රජා සේවා අංශය | சமூக சேவை அவென்யூ
The first phase of the third project of the Community Service Avenue, “mavu diriya”, a nutrition promotion program for pregnant mothers was successfully completed on the 29th of December 2022. It took place in the MOH office in Aralaganwila, Polonnaruwa. A nutrition awareness session for pregnant mothers was conducted and the essential dry rations were distributed among needy pregnant mothers. The avenue is planning to continue this project with further improvements in the future.
The Community Service Avenue is also working on a LGBTQ+ awareness program which is to be conducted in January and February of 2023.
ප්රජා සේවා මාවතේ තුන්වන ව්යාපෘතිය වන “මවු දිරිය” ගැබිණි මව්වරුන් සඳහා වන පෝෂණ ප්රවර්ධන වැඩසටහනේ පළමු අදියර 2022 දෙසැම්බර් 29 වන දින සාර්ථකව නිම කරන ලදී.එය පොළොන්නරුව, අරලගංවිල සෞඛ්ය වෛද්ය නිලධාරී කාර්යාලයේදී පැවැත්විණි. ගැබිණි මව්වරුන් සඳහා පෝෂණ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ සැසියක් පවත්වන ලද අතර, අවශ්යතා ඇති ගැබිනි මව්වරුන් වෙත අත්යාවශ්ය වියළි ආහාර ද්රව්ය බෙදා දෙන ලදී.මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය ඉදිරියේදී තවත් වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම් සමඟ ඉදිරියට ගෙන යාමට මාවත සැලසුම් කරයි.ප්රජා සේවා මාවත 2023 ජනවාරි සහ පෙබරවාරි මාසවලදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත LGBTQ+ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් සඳහා ද ක්රියා කරයි.
கர்ப்பிணித் தாய்மார்களுக்கான போஷாக்கு ஊக்குவிப்புத் திட்டமான சமூக சேவை அவென்யூவின் மூன்றாவது திட்டமான “மவுதிரிய” திட்டத்தின் முதல் கட்டம் 2022 டிசம்பர் 29 ஆம் திகதி வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவுற்றது. பொலன்னறுவை அரலகங்விலவில் உள்ள MOH அலுவலகத்தில் இது இடம்பெற்றது. கர்ப்பிணித் தாய்மார்களுக்கான ஊட்டச்சத்து விழிப்புணர்வு அமர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டதுடன், அத்தியாவசியமான உலர் உணவுப் பொருட்கள் தேவையுள்ள கர்ப்பிணித் தாய்மார்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது. எதிர்காலத்தில் மேலும் மேம்பாடுகளுடன் இந்தத் திட்டத்தைத் தொடர அவென்யூ திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
சமூக சேவை அவென்யூ 2023 ஜனவரி மற்றும் பிப்ரவரியில் நடத்தப்படும் LGBTQ+ விழிப்புணர்வு திட்டத்திலும் செயல்படுகிறது.
Club Service Avenue | සමාජ සේවා අංශය | கிளப் சர்வீஸ் அவென்யூ
The Club Service Avenue kept busy in the month of December. The annual club trip this year, aptly named “Hoaloha”, was Hawaiian themed and saw around 40 members of Rotaract Arts come together. The trip to Serene Bridge Resort at Padukka took place on the 21st of December and was full of fun and engaging games, spirited conversations, and an endless supply of entertainment.
Luckily for us, the Club Service Avenue had another event up their sleeve – a Christmas party! “O’ Santa”: a joint project with the Leo club of the Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo, was held at the University premises on the 30th of December with many entertaining events which included a pageant. Overall, it was a fun-filled event enjoyed by the Rotaractors, the Club Service Avenue as always, did not fail to disappoint.
සමාජ සේවා මාවත දෙසැම්බර් මාසයේ කාර්යබහුල විය. “හෝලාඅලෝහා” (Hoaloha) ලෙස නම් කර ඇති මෙම වසරේ වාර්ෂික සමාජ චාරිකාව හවායි තේමාවෙන් යුක්ත වූ අතර රොටරැක් කලා පිඨයෙහි සාමාජිකයින් 40 ක් පමණ එකට එකතු විය.පාදුක්ක සෙරීන් බ්රිජ් රිසෝට් වෙත ගිය ගමන දෙසැම්බර් 21 වන දින සිදු වූ අතර එය විනෝදාත්මක හා ආකර්ෂණීය ක්රීඩා, උද්යෝගිමත් සංවාද සහ නිමක් නැති විනෝදාස්වාදයන්ගෙන් පිරී තිබුණි.අපගේ වාසනාවට, ක්ලබ් සර්විස් මාවතේ තවත් සිදුවීමක් තිබුණි – නත්තල් සාදයක්! “ඕ සැන්ටා”(O’ Santa): කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ ශාස්ත්ර පීඨයේ ලියෝ සමාජය සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධ ව්යාපෘතියක් දෙසැම්බර් 30 වැනි දින විශ්වවිද්යාල පරිශ්රයේදී සංදර්ශනයක් ඇතුළත් විනෝදාත්මක සිදුවීම් රැසකින් පැවැත්විණි.සමස්තයක් වශයෙන් ගත් කල, එය සෑම විටම මෙන් ක්ලබ් සර්විස් මාවත වන රොටරැක්ටර්ස් විසින් භුක්ති වින්ද විනෝදයෙන් පිරුණු සිදුවීමක් වූ අතර බලාපොරොත්තු සුන් කර නොගත්තේය.
கிளப் சர்வீஸ் அவென்யூ டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் பிஸியாக இருந்தது. இந்த ஆண்டு “ஹோலோஹா” என்று பெயரிடப்பட்ட வருடாந்திர கிளப் பயணம், ஹவாய் தீம் மற்றும் ரோட்ராக்ட் ஆர்ட்ஸின் சுமார் 40 உறுப்பினர்கள் ஒன்றுசேர்ந்தது. படுக்காவில் உள்ள செரீன் பிரிட்ஜ் ரிசார்ட்டுக்கான பயணம் டிசம்பர் 21 ஆம் தேதி நடந்தது, இது வேடிக்கையான மற்றும் ஈர்க்கும் விளையாட்டுகள், உற்சாகமான உரையாடல்கள் மற்றும் முடிவில்லாத பொழுதுபோக்குகள் நிறைந்ததாக இருந்தது.

Membership Development Avenue | සාමාජික සංවර්ධන අංශය | உறுப்பினர் மேம்பாட்டு அவென்யூ
In December, the Membership Development Avenue cooperated and assisted the Club Service Avenue with planning and organizing the annual club trip. Further, they provided a helping hand to the Club Service Avenue in the ‘O Santa’ project. The avenue as always has been keeping effective as they managed to recruit eight members during the month of December.
දෙසැම්බරයේ, සාමාජිකත්ව සංවර්ධන මාවත සමාජ සේවා මාවතට වාර්ෂික සමාජ චාරිකාව සැලසුම් කිරීම සහ සංවිධානය කිරීම සඳහා සහය විය. තවද, ඔවුන් “ඕ සැන්ටා” ව්යාපෘතියේ සමාජ සේවා මාවතට අත්වැලක් සැපයූහ. දෙසැම්බර් මාසය තුළ සාමාජිකයින් අට දෙනෙකු බඳවා ගැනීමට ඔවුන් සමත් වූ බැවින් මාවත සෑම විටම ඵලදායීව පවතී.
டிசம்பரில், உறுப்பினர் மேம்பாட்டு அவென்யூ கிளப் சர்வீஸ் அவென்யூவிற்கு வருடாந்திர கிளப் பயணத்தைத் திட்டமிடுவதற்கும் ஏற்பாடு செய்வதற்கும் ஒத்துழைத்தது மற்றும் உதவியது. மேலும், அவர்கள் ‘ஓ சாண்டா’ திட்டத்தில் கிளப் சர்வீஸ் அவென்யூவுக்கு உதவி கரம் வழங்கினர். டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் எட்டு உறுப்பினர்களை சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள முடிந்ததால், அவென்யூ எப்பொழுதும் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.
Professional Development Avenue | වෘත්තීය සංවර්ධන අංශය | தொழில்முறை மேம்பாட்டு அவென்யூ
The professional development avenue is being very hush hush about an exciting project that is expected to be held in the month of January 2023. The new project will be conducted jointly with the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo School of Computing, and negotiations are underway. The upcoming project will be the third initiative by the avenue.
වෘත්තීය සංවර්ධන මාවත 2023 ජනවාරි මාසයේදී පැවැත්වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන උද්යෝගිමත් ව්යාපෘතියක් ගැන ඉතා අපේක්ෂාවේන් බලා සිටියි.නව ව්යාපෘතිය කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ පරිගණක පාසලේ රොටරැක්ට් සමාජය සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධව පවත්වනු ලබන අතර, සාකච්ඡා සිදුවෙමින් පවතී.ඉදිරි ව්යාපෘතිය මාවතේ තුන්වන මුලපිරීම වනු ඇත.
2023 ஜனவரி மாதத்தில் நடத்தப்படும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் ஒரு உற்சாகமான திட்டத்தைப் பற்றி தொழில்சார் மேம்பாட்டு வழி மிகவும் அமைதியாக உள்ளது. புதிய திட்டம் கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழக ஸ்கூல் ஆஃப் கம்ப்யூட்டிங்கின் ரோட்ராக்ட் கிளப்புடன் இணைந்து நடத்தப்படும், மேலும் பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் நடந்து வருகின்றன. வரவிருக்கும் திட்டம் அவென்யூவின் மூன்றாவது முயற்சியாக இருக்கும்.
