Limasha Herath Being a Project Chair for the Organising Committee of the 17th Installation Ceremony of the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo, Faculty of Arts was an especially valuable experience to me as it gave me the opportunity to work closely with different people while taking responsibility for a major part of the project. During this project, I learned how to coordinate with team members, communicate expectations clearly, and make sure that everyone was working towards the same goal.
