Month in Review (August 2026)

In August, the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo, Faculty of Arts conducted many projects, beginning with the Happy Hour project organised by the Community Service Avenue on the 1st of August. The International Service Avenue also held a Letterhead Exchange with the Rotaract Club of Montebello, Mauritius (RID 9220) on 8th of August via Google Meet, and the club held its 17th Installation Ceremony on the 12th of August. Meanwhile, members of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors also attended other events from the RI District, such as the District Council Meeting for August on the 15th of August, and Installation Ceremonies of the Rotaract Clubs of NSBM and Royal Institute of Colombo, which took place on 9th and 23rd of August respectively.

කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයීය ශාස්ත්‍ර පීඨයේ රොටරැක්ට් සමාජය විසින් අගෝස්තු මාසයේදී කරන ලද ව්‍යාපෘති රැසක් තිබුණි. සමාජ සේවා මාවත විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද Happy Hour ව්‍යාපෘතිය අගෝස්තු 1 දින පැවැත්විණි. ජාත්‍යන්තර සේවා මාවත විසින් මොරිශස් හි මොන්ටබෙලෝ රොටරැක්ට් සමාජය (RID 9220) සමග කරන ලද ලිපි ශීර්ෂ හුවමාරුව අගෝස්තු 8 වන දින Google Meet ඔස්සේ පැවැත්වූ අතර, මෙම සමාජයේ 17වන ස්ථාපන උළෙල අගෝස්තු 12 දින පවත්වන ලදී. එමෙන්ම, අප සමාජයේ විධායක කමිටු හා අධ්‍යක්ෂක මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයන් 3220 RI දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ විවිධ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වන අගෝස්තු 15 දින පැවැත්වූ දිස්ත්‍රික් කවුන්සිල රැස්වීම, අගෝස්තු 9 සහ 23 වන දිනවල පැවැත්වූ NSBM හා RIC රොටරැක්ට් සමාජවල ස්ථාපන උත්සව සඳහා සහභාගී විය. 

ஆகஸ்ட் மாதத்தில், கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழக கலைப் பீடத்தின் ரோட்டராக்ட் கழகத்தின் பல செயற்திட்டங்களை முன்னெடுத்தது;ன. சமூக சேவை அவென்யூவால் ஆகஸ்ட் 1 ஆம் திகதியன்று ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட “ஹப்பி ஹவர்” (Happy Hour) செயற்திட்டத்துடன் இது தொடங்கியது. சர்வதேச சேவை அவென்யூ, மொரிசியஸ் மான்டெபெல்லோ ரோட்டராக்ட் சங்கத்துடன் (RID 9220) ஆகஸ்ட் 8 ஆம் திகதியன்று கூகிள் மீட் (Google Meet) ஊடாக கடிதத் தலைப்புப் பரிமாற்றத்தையும் (Letterhead Exchange) நடத்தியதுடன், சங்கம் தனது 17 ஆவது பதவியேற்பு விழாவை ஆகஸ்ட் 12 ஆம் திகதியன்று நடாத்தியது. இதற்கிடையில், நிறைவேற்றுப் பேரவை மற்றும் பணிப்பாளர் சபையின் உறுப்பினர்கள், ஆகஸ்ட் 15 ஆம் திகதியன்று நடைபெற்ற ஆகஸ்ட் மாதத்திற்கான மாவட்ட சபைக்கூட்டம், மற்றும் முறையே ஆகஸ்ட் 9 மற்றும் 23 ஆம் திகதிகளில் நடைபெற்ற NSBM மற்றும் கொழும்பு ரோயல் இன்ஸ்டிடியூட் (Royal Institute of Colombo) ஆகிய ரோட்டராக்ட் சங்கங்களின் பதவியேற்பு விழாக்கள் போன்ற ஏனைய மாவட்ட நிகழ்வுகளிலும் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.
